By enlarging the entrance area and the windows on the ground floor, a lot of daylight enters the interior. RIBAG planned the continuation of the lighting concept in the interiors with the brilliantly illuminating VIOR, SPARK and KIVO collections.
The interior designers focused on sustainability, a healthy climate and good room acoustics when designing the materials for the interior. Cosiness and a certain elegance are achieved through the wall panelling made of elm wood. At the special request of the client, the reception desk is clad in red Oberhöfner reed sandstone - an exclusive from the Mettau valley - thus demonstrating the strong ties with the region.
The playful arrangement of the VIOR and VIOR bold lamps contrasts with the straight-lined interior and creates an optical opening of the room through the high indirect light component. In the comfortable lounge area, the unobtrusive SPARK recessed downlights set skilful lighting accents for a pleasant atmosphere.
The four consultation rooms are fitted with KIVO pendant lamps. The directly and indirectly illuminated KIVOs create a visual opening of the room and support a sense of well-being.
With the chosen interior design, Brem + Zehnder also optimise the energy balance: the efficient and long-lasting lighting is powered by a newly installed photovoltaic system on the roof.
