RIBAG Family Day 2025 28. October 2025

At RIBAG, it’s not only about design, quality, and innovation,  it’s above all about the people behind our luminaires. To celebrate and strengthen this sense of togetherness, we held our very first RIBAG Family Day in 2025.

For one day, we traded our offices in Safenwil for Switzerland’s capital, Bern. Together with 60 colleagues who are not just part of RIBAG’s workforce, but members of the extended RIBAG family. Since this event was all about family, everyone’s loved ones were invited to join as well.

From treasure hunts in the old town and wobbly adventures high up in the rope park to relaxing moments along the Aare River, the day highlighted what truly matters at RIBAG:

community, lived values, and strong team spirit.

The RIBAG Family Day was more than just a company event for us, it was an expression of what defines us as a company. We are proud of our dedicated employees and grateful that we were able to share this special day with them and their families.

A heartfelt “merci viu mau” to everyone who joined and made this day so unforgettable. A special thanks goes to Andreas Richner and his family, who organized the event and showed that company culture extends far beyond the workplace.
